A palatine muscles which round around the pterygoid hamulus, forms palatine aponeurosis:

Tensor veti palatini is a thin triangular muscle of soft palate.               It originates from the lateral side of auditory tube and base of skull                                                             ↓               form a delicate tendon which winds round the pterygoid hamulus                                                             ↓                                         forms palatine aponeurosis                                                             ↓                                       finally attached to hard palate.
