The presenting symptoms of ENL include :- Crops of fresh painful erythematous papules or nodules. Systemic features → Fever, malaise, arthritis, neuritis, dactylitis, orchitis, iridocyclitis, lymphadenitis, glomerulonephritis, periostitis, hepatitis.
