Which one of the following diseases causes fatty change in liver?

Fatty liver is characterized by the accumulation of triglycerides and other fats in the liver cells. Chronic alcoholism is an impoant cause of fatty liver. Alcoholic fatty liver occur because alcohol alter normal lipid metabolism. Patients presentation depend on the degree of lipid infiltration. Common signs and symptoms include right upper quadrant pain, ascites, edema, jaundice and fever. Laboratory investigations show increased yGGT, seum transaminase and alkaline phosphatase. Histology shows large droplet fatty change in the liver. Diagnosis: Typical clinical features especially in patients with chronic alcoholism, diabetes or obesity suggest fatty liver.
