Angiotensin antagonists: Like ACE inhibitors, losaan can cause hypotension and hyperkalemia but first dose hypotension is uncommon Losaan doesn't cause cough and dysgeusia Patients with a history of ACE inhibitor-related cough have taken losaan without recurrence.
