There is a collection of fluid in the Morison's pouch post cholecystectomy. The USG abdomen reveals fluid in the Morison's pouch. Drainage of bile collected is the primary objective. Done with percutaneous drainage or endoscopic biliary drainage. Image A shows percutaneous drainage. Image B shows exploratory laparotomy. Image D shows Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy.
