Rhinophyma complicates

Acne rosacea and rhinophyma are synonyms: Rhinophyma is a skin disorder that causes the nose to become enlarged and bulbous. The nose may look red, swollen, and distoed. The condition is a subtype of rosacea, an inflammatory skin disease.
