The given features are those of anticholinesterase. Acetylcholinesterase causes inactivation of acetylcholine after its action at neuromuscular junctions. When this is blocked, there is the higher action of acetylcholine, which shows as increased parasympathetic activity. Anticholinesterase activity is seen in Organophosphate poisoning.
