Intermediate Grade :
1. Follicular predominantly large cell
2. Diffuse small, mixed, as well as large cell.
High grade :
Large cell immunoblastic
Lymphoblastic
Small non-cleaved cell.
Note that all varieties of diffuse fall in the intermediate grade category only.
