According to WHO ,late fetal deaths from 28 weeks of gestation onwards is termed as intrauterine fetal death. Intermediated fetal death include the period of 22 weeks - 28 weeks. <22 weeks is termed as early fetal death. (Sheila TB of obstetrics 2nd edtn pg 208)
