ILIOFEMORAL LIGAMENT:- Inveed Y shaped ligament of Bigelow.Lies anteriorly One of the strongest ligament.Triangular in shape. Attachments:-Apex: lower half of anterior inferior iliac spine. Base: interochanteric line. Action: prevent trunk from falling backwards in standing posture.
