A rubber tipped forceps is used to remove the post-moem bullet from wound. However in advanced post-moem changes ,it becomes extremely difficult to retrieve the whole bullet or it's pas.Owing to decomposition and reduced cohesion of the tissues, standard autopsy techniques are impossible to perform.
