(Step-ladder pyrexia).o Early physical findings are - Rash (rose spot), Relative bradycardia, Hepatosplenomegaly, Epistaxis.o Complications occur in 3rd and 4th weeks - Intestinal perforation and GI hemorrhage are the two most common complications.
