Ciprofloxacin, Minocycline and Metronidazole comprise the triple antibiotic paste, which can be used as an intracanal medicament to disinfect the canal.  Minocycline causes discoloration of teeth.  That is why, Cefaclor has been substituted in place of Minocycline.
