Ans. B. NF2a. The image is of acoustic neuroma. This is noncancerous growth which develops on the inferior vestibular nerve. These tumors usually grow slowly over a period of years. These do not invade the brain & usually affects cranial nerves, Vth, VIth, VIIth, VIIIth.b. Earliest nerve to get involve is Vth nerve. Earlies sign is loss of corneal reflex.
