Intrinsic causes of hemolytic anemias are due to defective RBCs which includes- Hereditary spherocytosis,Hereditary elliptocytosis, Hmp shunt enzyme deficiency(G6PD deficiency), glycolytic enzyme (pyruvate kinase )deficiency, thalassemia, sickle cell disease .
