Peutz- Jeghers Syndrome Rare autosomal dominant disorder Defined by presence of multiple gastrointestinal hamaomatous polyps and mucocutaneous hyperpigmentation, increased risk of malignancies including cancer of lung, colon, pancreas, breast, ovary, uterus and testes.
