The first epiphyseal centers appears in(6-G)

(Oscalcis): Ref: 6 -G (1. -Ghai 7th)* The earliest epiphyseal centers to appear are those for the oscalics and talus bones (22 to 26 weeks of gestation)* The distalepiphysis of the femur and the proximal epiphysis of tibia are usually present in a full term normal newborn at the time of birth* Clavicle, manible and the membranous bones of the skull are the first fetal bones to ossify usually between 50 days and 5 months of gestations.* Cuboid (37 weeks of gestation of 8 weeks postnately)
