True about NPCDCS is all, EXCEPT:

The NPCDCS program has two components viz. (i) Cancer & (ii) Diabetes, CVDs & stroke. These two components have been integrated at different levels as far as possible for optimal utilization of the resource. The activities at State, District, CHC and Sub Centre level have been planned under the programme and will be closely monitored through NCD cell at different levels. The strategies proposed will be implemented in 20,000 Sub Centres and 700 Community Health Centre in 100 Districts across 21 States during 2010-12 Early diagnosis of diabetes, CVDs, Stroke and Cancer is done at District Hospital, not at CHC.
