For a maximum period of two years.Enhanced sickness benefit: is payable to insured women for 14 days for tubectomy and male for 7 days in case of vasectomy at full wages.* Maximum hours of work per week prescribed under the factories act in - 48.* Total hours of work in a week including overtime shall not exceed 60 hours (Maximum permissible).
