Manifested within 1 year of transplantation and presents with fever, malaise, lymphadenopathy to life threatening malignant diseases. Rituximab is useful.* Graft Versus Host Disease has high incidence in Intestinal Transplant (0 - 14%). Treatment includes antithymocyte globulin and steroids.
