It is found in Wegner's granulomatosis.2) Perinuclar ANCA (p-ANCA)o It is targeted against myeloperoxidase. It is found in microscopic polyangitis, chrug-strauss syndrome, idiopathic crescentic glomerulonephritis, Good-pasture syndrome, and renal limited vasculitis
