A 24 year old Male who sufferred road traffic accident was brought to casualty immediately. He had breathlessness and was tachypnoeic. On examination trachea was deviated to Left side and there was hyperresonant sound on right chest. How do you manage this patient?

Immediately intubate the patient and shift him to ICO

Immediately send him for chest X-ray and send blood sample for Arterial blood gas analysis

Insert a large bore I V needle in the 2nd intercostal spare on Right Midclavicular line

Immediate decompression using chest tube insertion in Midaxillary line on Right side in 4th intercostal space
