Histofogicaffy the bands are made up ol fibrous tissue, myometrium and endometrium' The synechiaes usually results lrom destruction of large areas of endometriurn by currettage. Uterine synechais are associated with early pregnancy loss, menstrual disorders (amenorrhea or hypomenorrhea) and infeility.
