All are seen in acute Iridocyclitis except –

Pain, ciliary (circumcorneal) congestion and small pupil (meiosis) are seen in acute anterior uveitis. There is watery discharge (not mucopurulent). Mucopurulent discharge is seen in acute conjunctivitis, an important differential diagnosis of acute anterior uveitis.
