Montoux test is

Mantoux test is screening test for latent TB infection. It has low sensitivity and specificity. False positive reaction  - occur with BCG vaccination and False negative reactions - occur in immunocompromised individual. Increase in induration (Boosting) is seen between 1 - 5 weeks after intial test.
