Felty's syndrome is an extra aicular manifestation of rheumatoid ahritis.It is the association of splenomegaly & neutropenia with RA. Common features include spmenomegaly, lymphadenopathy,weight loss,skin pigmentation ,recurrent infections ,nodules,vasculitis,leg ulcers.
