Drugs causing galactorrhea are dopamine antagonists like antipsychotics (phenothiazines, butyrophenones), antidepressants, antiemetics and dopamine-depleting drugs like reserpine, methyldopa. These dopamine antagonists elevate prolactin concentrations and result in galactorrhea.
