Ketoconazole Systemically (oral) and topically. Triazoles Fluconazole, voriconazole → systemically (iv., oral) and itraconozole → systemically (orally). Allylamine Terbinafine → Systemically (oral) and topically. Note Amphotericin B, ketoconazole and terbinafine are used systemically as well as topically.
