Caplan's syndrome also known as rheumatoid pneumoconiosis or rheumatoid lung. It occurs in patients with both rheumatoid ahritis (usually seropositive patients) and pneumoconiosis related to mining dust (coal, asbestos, and silica) exposure and consists of multiple rounded nodules in the lung.
