Which of these orthognathic surgeries needs a horizontal cut in the ramus?

SSRO- Sagittal Split Ramus Osteotomy, which if done bilaterally is called BSSO. It involves a horizontal cur in the ramus on the medial side up to lingual, a vertical cut in the body between first and second molar up to the interior border and a sagittal cut, connecting the previous two cuts. SSRO is the work horse of mandibular orthognathic surgeries and is used for advancements, setbacks and minor asymmetry corrections.
