They are seen in people or children who misuse their voice (Speak too much or speak in unnatural low tones)Symptoms:* Hoarseness of voice, vocal fatigue, pain in neck. t/t:-Small nodules and early cases can be tit conservatively by education of patient in proper use of voice.Large nodules or long standing nodules - Micro laryngoscopic surgery*.
