Millard Gubler syndrome is not associated with 5th nerve palsy. Lateral rectus weakness (6th nerve involvement), ipsilateral facial palsy (7th nerve involvement) and contralateral hemiparesis (coicospinal tract involvement) are features of Millard Gubler syndrome.
