"Orphan Annie nuclei" is seen in?

Histologically, papillary carcinomas may exhibit papillary projections, a mixed pattern of papillary and follicular structures, or a pure follicular pattern (follicular variant). The diagnosis is established by characteristic nuclear cellular features.
