Not seen in Narcolepsy:

Narcolepsy is characterized by Cataplexy (loss of muscle tone) not Catalepsy. Catalepsy or catatonia is akinetic mutism & stupor seen in severe depression, schizophrenia. Remember: Two lepsy's can not be together, Catalepsy is not seen in Narcolepsy.
