One of the following is a sure sign of rape -

Presence of semen in the vagina (posterior fornix) is indicative of recent intercourse. It would be defined as rape if :- Even with the consent of girl is below 16 years (if not a wife) or below 15 years (if wife).         ii. Any age without consent. ​​​​​​Option b : Semen may be present in the vagina of a 20 years old women ever without rape, i.e. intercourse with her consent. Option c : Semen cannot be present due to intercourse in the vagina of a 14 years girl without rape → because any intercourse, with or without consent, is rape in a girl below 15 years age. Option d : the presence of semen in the vagina of 16 years old female may occur without rape, during intercourse with her husband (even without her consent). Option a : Hymen may be ruptured without intercourse.
