Which of the following drug if given along with serotonergic drugs can lead to Serotonin syndrome ?

Co - prescription of serotonergic drugs with other serotonergic agents especially MAOIs can lead to serotonin syndrome. It is characterised by classic triad of mental status changes, neuromuscular abnormalities and autonomic hyperactivity. These include anxiety, agitation, confusion, clonus, hyperreflexia, myoclonus, rigidity, increased heart rate, tremor, flushing, hyperthermia and excessive sweating. Death can occur in severe serotonin syndrome.
