Structures passing through jugular foramen :- Anterior part :- Inferior petrosal sinus Middle part :- Glossopharyngeal (IX) nerve, vagus (X) nerve, accessory (XI) nerve Posterior part :- Sigmoid sinus continues as internal jugular vein (Sigmoid sinus- IJV junction), meningeal branch of occipital artery.
