For reversal of non-depolarizing blocker, anticholinesterases are used. Most commonly neostigmine is used. Other drugs are edrophonium, Pyridostigmine, Physiostigmine.
Atropine is given to prevent muscarinic side effects of neostigmine (it does not cause reversal).
