Since bradycardia with modal or ventricular escape beats may occur, especially in children, and asystole has been described after a second dose of succinylcholine in both pediatric and adult patients. Can also cause Tachycardia with catecholamine release with effect on nicotinic cholinergic receptor. But this is rare.
