Quinidine reduces binding of digoxin to tissue proteins as well as its renal and biliary clearance T Plasma concentration of digoxin toxicity can occur. Cholestyramine, sucralfate, neomycin, sulfasalazine, antacids and kaolin-pectin reduce absorption of digoxin.
