Osteopetrosis also known as marble bone disease/Alber&;s-Schonberg disease which is transmitted as autosomal dominant or in severe case as autosomal recessive, is characterised by dense and brittle bones, anemia, jaw osteomyelitis and cranial nerve palsies.
