Most common tumour of mediastinum?

MC mediastinal masses are neurogenic tumors (20% of mediastinal tumors), usually found in the posterior mediastinum, followed by thymoma located in the anterior mediastinum. Lung cancer typically spreads to the lymph nodes in the mediastinum.
