These include aggressive pappilary tumors, schneiderian type of pappilomas and inveed pappilomas. They tend to be slowly growing, locally aggressive non metastasizing neoplasms The approach for treatment of such pathology is usually radical and tympanomastoidectomy is considered the treatment of choice.
