Patient with Bulimia Nervosa indulges in self-induced vomiting after binge eating. During vomiting, the knuckles will make contact with incisor teeth as the gag reflex kicks in. This leads to callus formation on the knuckles and is called Russel sign. Image 2 shows tooth staining or discolouration, loss of dental enamel and increased dental caries.
