A 24years old girl with history of head trauma presented with multiple lacerations on the face and eyelids and base of skull fracture. It was noticed she wasn't able to pass tears. The probable cause is injury to-

*The lacrimal drainage apparatus consists of the puncta on the upper lid and the lower lid, the canaliculus, the common canaliculus, the lacrimal sac, and the nasolacrimal duct. *Canalicular lacerations are the most frequent cause of injury to the lacrimal system.
