Neuroblastoma is a malignant tumor of the autonomic nervous system derived from the neural crest.It is a disease of early childhood with 90% of patients presenting before 5 years of age & almost 50% of patients presenting within the first 2 years.The most common site is adrenal medulla(30%).Metastasis present in 60-70% children,are usually to the skeleton(facial bones,skull),bone marrow and lymph nodes.
