Hamaoma- Tumour like growths composed of mature tissues that are normally present at the site in which they develop.Hamaomatous polyps are juvenile polyps, peutz jeghers, Cronkite Canada syndrome and Cowden syndrome.Patient has peutz Jeghers polyp which is common in adolescent and present with intussusception. Peutz Jeghers syndrome has an autosomal dominant presentation at median age with multiple GI hamaomatous polyps and mucocutaneous pigmentation.Ref: Robbins 8/e p816
