Lupus has non-erosive, intermittent polyahritis. Diagnostic criteria for ahritis in SLE includes non-erosive ahritis involving two or more peripheral joints characterised by tenderness, swelling or effusion.Psoriatic ahritis involves PIP, DIP, MCP and wrist. Sparing of any joint may or may not be present.Reiter's syndrome and reactive ahritis are regarded as a spectrum of the same disease.
