Inveed papilloma ( Transitional cell papilloma or Ringez tumour or Schneiderian papilloma) It is a tumour if the olfactory mucosa of the nose and paranasal sinuses. The most common site of origin is the lateral wall of the nose in the middle meatus, less commonly,sphenoidses from maxillary, frontal or sphenoid sinus. Clinically men are affected more than women in the age group of 40 to 70. It is almost always unilateral and presents with nasal obstruction, nasal discharge and epistaxis.
