Paroxysmal cold haemoglobinuria (PCH). In PCH, cold antibody is an IgG antibody (Donath-Landsteiner antibody) which is directed against P blood group antigen and brings about complement-mediated haemolysis. Attacks of PCH are precipitated by exposure to cold.
